CERTIFICATIONS
ACCREDITATION 17020
Since 2016 ORAT has become an Inspection Body.
The accreditation according to UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020 Ed. 2012, as well as attesting the excellence of the company quality system, testifies to the ambition of the management in pursuing complex and fundamental objectives to continue to excel at the International level.
The accreditation according to “17020” guarantees to our customers the highest level of fairness of judgement combined with the guarantee that the entire business process, from the first contact to the issue of the last report, complies with the regulatory requirements.
ISO 9001 Certification
Since 2021 ORAT has been UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certified
The Management and the Company Quality System Department wanted and obtained this certification to meet the requests of national and international contractors who consider this standard the most reliable and herald of a solid structure compliant with regulations.
DNV Qualification
During the 2016 we obtained the DNV qualification for the control of pipeline welds by automatic ultrasonic for both “J” and “V”, bevel, valid for both on-shore and OFF-shore. DNV (Det Norske Veritas) World Technical Reference of the Oil & Gas sector.
This demonstrates the ability of our technicians to conform to the highest quality world standards in the industry.

STANDARDS
Over the last 50 years we have been working in markets around the world demonstrating the ability to adapt to the standards and specifications imposed by the constructors and local governments.
In Europe, Asia and Africa we have adopted the CEN and ISO standards
The American continent is usually enforced API – ASME and ASTM, transposed by constructors for clarity of applicability and exacerbated by proprietary specifications to make the criteria of acceptance more stringent. Among the emblematic examples of the latter are the “TES-NDT” of TransCanada and the “GS EP PLR” by Total.
Our technicians are all qualified according to UNI EN ISO 9712.
