It is a project of great importance from a technical point of view.
The pipeline will connect the station of Tuxpan to launch for submarine pipeline that will connect the Centre of Mexico with Texas.
It is a 42”pipeline with the thickness of the pipes that exceeds 45 mm. In order to control these welds (both with automatic and Semiautomatic UT ) it was necessary to equip the units with special set-up.
The Builder of the pipeline is Sicim and the segment is under the management of one of the largest global operator: Transcanad
